another one of my rediculously stupid ideas that have no development or any sign of further development. maybe i should get some sleep
ok some background for this one -
i was walking down freshman hall when these two girls started talking behind me. They were spreading the usual rumors i overhear everyday. This one interested me because i could picture these girls standing on the edge of a ring chearing for one girl mentioned in the rumor to prevail. I could see the girl that was new to this rumor getting a mental list of all the people she was going to tell falling short of the actual truths. then this came to mind so i drew it. i gave the shrimpy worms a kind of shapless effect to them to show how the girls try to show they don't want to get involved on the outside of the social structure but on the inside they poke and prod, gazing with omniscence.
i think i have just found myself thinking to hard about the social network. now that ive put images to the way they are i don't really want to ever tell a girl anything. damn.
cds - girl that wasn't actually a part of the event
reflection on cd - rumor she is preparing to spread
shrimpy worms - girls that were part of the event from the sidelines trying to meddle(tenticles)
bottom of bag - the event stripped of all truths
the bag - the disguise for the social pit
i love how the shimpy's have eyes and tentacle eyelashes (this is my favorite part) and the cds reflection is a great twist on truth. One of my favorites. I try not to be such a hall moniter too.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
